Ubia Soko – Offering farmers what they want

AGRIinsight is  well aware of the challenges of ensuring farmers not only sign up to the #ubiasoko services but also become regular users.

This week we are in training sessions with  the team and our partners ensuring we understand who our target customers are, what they want and how they expect the services to be delivered. It’s called human centred design apparently – we  call it giving  our customers what they want!

Farmer buy-in and product alignment are essential so that our registration efforts translate into steady cash-flows and a sustainable business that can build and expand and offer our services to many thousands of farmers.
