The AGRIinsight Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Cesear Mloka as a Director of the Company from immediate effect.
Cesear has over a decade of senior management experience in Marketing & Communication across Financial Services, Telecommunication, Government & Beverages sectors in East Africa. She was the recipient of the 2017 ” Marketer of the Year” Award at the Tanzania Excellence Leadership Awards focusing on developing and building brands in emerging markets. She is passionate about opportunities that impact and change the lives of people.
As Director, Cesear will strengthen our East African expertise and marketing know-how. She will provide direction and guidance in our initiatives specifically in Tanzania and further the development and rollout of our Ubia Soko application. Cesear will leverage her skills in building and implementing our branding and marketing strategies to unlock further growth for the company.
Before private consulting, Cesear was the marketing Director for Serengeti Breweries Tanzania from 2015-2018 and led in the development of the company’s Brand Portfolio strategy. She was awarded best sales growth for the Guinness brand in Africa at the Guinness Africa Summit in 2018. She has also worked in the telecoms sector and as Marketing Director for CELTEL/ZAIN/AIRTEL Uganda, led a successful re-branding and equity transfer.
