As we progress with further farmer registration this month, we take time to meet local Government officials. The Malinyi district council is an important organisation that amongst other roles ensures that any proposed activities are relevant and support rural families.
This morning we met with the Council and Ward Agricultural Officers. Here we spent time to explain #ubiasoko and how the platform helps farmers and their families gain access to a range of goods and services.
We have agreed with the Council the rollout plan starting with Agricultural Marketing Cooperative Societies (AMCOS) in the ward but quickly replicating the registration process across the district with the support of the Council.
