We continue with farmer and family registration across the Kilombero Valley this month. By offering a range of products and services to rural families we are gaining significant traction by providing a mobile service that is wanted.
Mekstudis Kutimba lives and works on her farm in Mabanda Village in Ngoheranga Ward. She had heard about Ubia Soko and traveled a few miles to hear more about the services offered. She brought her children with her and after listening to the Ubia Soko team, signed up to get access to our services. Through our platform, she has also taken out cover for her and her children at any hospital in Tanzania including transportation transfer to national hospitals.
Ubia Soko has partnered with Resolution Insurance to provide a range of covers including “Afaya Bora” a simple straightforward medical insurance for low income rural families.
We are working with our partners to tailor products and services that can be offered to rural families on the Ubia Soko application. Given the great turnout at our marketing events (here this evening in Madibira village) we are offering services that families are wanting.
